            Jeff Grebe, a 16-year real estate professional who brought the Weichert® brand to Tennessee five years ago with the opening of the first-ever Knoxville franchise, is now President and Owner of the city’s two-office WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Advantage Plus. 

            The pioneer affiliate for Weichert Real Estate Affiliates has identified Mike Grebe as Principal Broker at the 5034 North Broadway location, and Principal Broker Bea Corbitt at 114 Lovell Road.  Dan Evans, a part owner at Lovell Point, is the office’s Sales Manager.

            Former Weichert franchise owner, Linda Meese, is also on board the agent staff.  Grebe and Meese “go way back with Weichert,” he said.  “Linda is highly regarded throughout the area as the leader of a sales team covering residential, commercial and new construction.”  More than 100 agents serve the community from the company’s two locations, a number of whom earned top national honors from the franchise organization in 2007.
